A food supplement with water-soluble vitamin C from natural sources, as a berry-flavoured drink powder.

Vitamin C is an essential water-soluble vitamin that the body cannot produce itself, so it must be obtained from food or supplements.

The product can also be used to soften the mineral taste of the water solution of RnA ReSet® stabilised pico-ionic liquid supplements (ReMag®, ReMyte®, Pico Potassium®, ReCalcia®).

Vitamin C ReSet® allows flexible use — thanks to the drink powder form, the dose can be divided into smaller portions and sipped throughout the day. It suits those who prefer smaller, more frequent portions instead of a single large dose.

Description

Sources of vitamin C in food

Our best sources of vitamin C are fruits and vegetables. The main sources of vitamin C in today's diet are citrus fruits, tomatoes and tomato juice, and potatoes. Red and green peppers, kiwi, broccoli, strawberries, Brussels sprouts and watermelon are also rich in vitamin C.

The vitamin C content of food decreases during long-term storage and cooking, because ascorbic acid is water-soluble and is destroyed by heat. Steaming or microwaving can reduce vitamin loss during cooking.

How to use?

Recommended daily amount and instructions for use:

Take ½ scoop (3.5 grams) of powder, mix with 240–480 ml of clean water and drink throughout the day. If the taste feels too intense, you may increase the amount of water up to 1 litre. The powder can also be added to a smoothie or a (ReStructure®) protein shake.

The product contains 120 servings.

NB! More than 1000 mg of vitamin C per day may cause mild digestive discomfort in sensitive individuals. Long-term excessive intake of vitamin C may promote the formation of kidney stones or kidney damage.
