How to use?

Recommended daily amount and instructions for use:

Before opening, do not shake!

Drop the required amount of the product directly under the tongue twice a day on an empty stomach and wait a few minutes before swallowing. Then do not drink or eat for 15 minutes.

The recommended starting amount is 2 drops (0.1 ml) per day, which may be gradually increased up to 32 drops (1.6 ml) per day. The pace of increasing the amount may vary.

After opening, store in the refrigerator. Use within 60 days of first opening.

As a fermented product, the colour, smell and taste vary from batch to batch. The carbon dioxide produced during fermentation makes the product "fizzy", so open the bottle over a sink and, after first opening, leave it closed in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to "settle" before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to follow a healthy lifestyle. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children!

Storage: After first opening, keep closed in the refrigerator.
