Recommended daily amount and instructions for use:

Shake well before use. Take 2.5 ml (2.5 full pipettes) of the product and dilute it in a glass of water, drinking the solution immediately, or add it to 1 l (litre) of water and sip throughout the day.

NB! Do not drink the product undiluted!

When taking the product for the first time, spread the intake over the whole day for the first few days. Can be taken with or without food, but we recommend taking it on a full stomach, as the strong mineral taste may cause nausea.

To soften the mineral taste, you may add berry-flavoured Vitamin C ReSet® drink powder or other natural taste softeners (e.g. lemon juice) to the drinking solution. In addition to water, the product can also be diluted with juice or a smoothie.

Do not take together with solutions of other stabilised pico-ionic liquid supplements.

A 1 ml pipette is included with the product for easier dosing.

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount! It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to follow a healthy lifestyle! A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet!

Additional warnings:

Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes.

In case of contact with skin, rinse with water.

Swallowing large amounts may irritate the digestive system.

Storage: Keep tightly closed at room temperature in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
