How to request data deletion
Kontamo OÜ takes your privacy seriously. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Article 17 — the "right to be forgotten").
How to delete your data
- Send an email to info@kontamo.ee with the subject "Data deletion request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your account
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request
What data will be deleted?
- Account details (name, email address, phone number)
- Order history
- Saved addresses
- Cookie and browsing data
- Marketing consents
Notes
Some data may be retained for legal reasons:
- Accounting records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Estonian law
- VAT-related records are retained in accordance with the Taxation Act
Data deletion is irreversible — once deleted, you will lose access to your account and order history.
